According to TheLadders.com, 78.9% of executives plan to take a
vacation in 2007. When asked whether they thought those vacation plans
would interfere with their chances for success, 75.4% of respondents
said no. Moreover, 72.09% said that vacations are critical for
reenergizing their focus on work, and 58.4% said that their work
environments are supportive of taking time off.
