We're sure our new Technology Live is all the blog you'll ever need. But in the dark days before we launched, people had to go elsewhere for their news.  We asked a few of Silicon Valley's brightest what other blogs they recommend. A sampling:

Roger McNamee, venture capitalist and Bono's business partner: multiple blogs on Forbes.com (he's an investor in that business), VentureBeat, Crooks and Liars, Real Clear Politics and, of course, Fake Steve

Vivek Joshi, CEO, LumaSense Technologies: Sun Microsystems CEO Jonathan Schwartz's Weblog -- "for old times sake!" (Joshi is a former Sun executive.)

David Cowan, venture capitalist, Bessemer Venture Partners: Techmeme, Slashdot, Engadget and MetroDad. He also writes his own blog, Who Has Time For This?
