comScore, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR), a leader in measuring the digital world, today announced financial results for the first quarter of 2012. In the first quarter of 2012, comScore achieved quarterly revenue of $62.3 million, which was an increase of 18% over the first quarter of 2011. GAAP income before income taxes was $0.6 million and GAAP net loss was ($0.5) million, or ($0.01) per basic and diluted share. Non-GAAP net income was $7.9 million, or $0.23 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA was $11.6 million or 19% of revenue, an increase of 18% from adjusted EBITDA of $9.9 million in the first quarter of 2011.
